E4 Sustainability Program Launches
GreenProfit Solutions is proud to announce the launch of our E4 Sustainability Program, aimed at improving efficiency, reducing expenses, implementing property upgrades, minimizing environmental impact, and assisting our clients to obtain green certifications.
We take a holistic approach to examine each client’s current practices in the areas of: utility expenditures, building engineering and infrastructure, green product development and usage, waste management, green awareness, and current tax structure to see where improvements can be made for financial, environmental, human capital, and marketing gain. Our staff also assists with strategic sustainability planning for buildings and programs that are in the planning stages.
Our proprietary E4 Sustainability Program is a four-step process designed to allow clients meet their sustainability goals.
STEP ONE: EXPLORE
GreenProfit Solutions performs an initial E4 Assessment at the client’s facility to examine the current practices around Efficiency, Expense Reduction, Environmental Impact, and Employee Engagement. This step includes a thorough analysis of the current facilities, utilities, procurement processes, activities, and waste disposal.
STEP TWO: EXAMINE
Findings from the E4 Assessment are evaluated and subsequently translated into a Final Report that includes a list of solutions, their respective savings, costs, and potential tax benefits and/or grants available. Most of the time, sustainable practices streamline inefficiencies and offer significant resource savings. Beyond cost reduction, improvements in the area of sustainability increase morale and retention, create marketing opportunities, and enhance health and safety for both employees and residents alike.
STEP THREE: EXECUTE
At GreenProfit Solutions we help our clients Implement the recommendations made in the Final Report. By having access to a myriad of green products, technologies, services, systems, engineering professionals, contractors, and accounting firms, we can assist our clients in executing their sustainability plan on time and on budget. We also work with selected governmental and financial institutions nationwide to secure grants and financing based on clients’ specific needs. As part of the E4 Sustainability Program, we also offer education and training that further ingrains the impact of these sustainable improvements into the organization’s culture.
