Joseph Winn
President

As President and one of the founders of GreenProfit Solutions, Joseph is responsible for the E4 Sustainability Program’s development and implementation, website development and updates, and the creation and expansion of GreenProfit Solutions' Approved Green Business Program, now under the Greater Good Alliance umbrella. He combines an extensive education with real-world experience to create tools that assist organizations in saving money while embracing the People, Planet and Prosperity triple bottom line.

An active and lifelong environmentalist, Joseph has a Master’s Degree from the University of Miami in Marine Affairs and Policy.  He has participated in projects spanning from Belize to the Galapagos, and worked with the REEF Organization and Marine Mammal Conservancy in the Florida Keys.  Joseph serves on the board of the EcoChamber, the Executive Committee of Emerge Broward, was a past board member for the Port of Miami Propeller Club, and sits on the Riverwalk Trust’s Master Plans & Projects committee.

Additionally, he is an active member within the Greater Ft. Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce, various young professional organizations in the region, and has participated in the Broward County Climate Change Task Force.

Joseph is also an active author and speaker, his articles appearing in Bank News, Green Banking, Community Banker and other trade and industry publications.  View his latest writings on EzineArticles and the GreenProfit Solutions Blog.  In addition, Joseph speaks in front of groups large and small to discuss a wide variety of sustainability concepts.  In cooperation with Keith Winn, the duo wrote and developed "Climate Change and Sustainability Accounting" - an approved 8 credit CPE course for accountants.  Both Keith and Joseph will be teaching the course as adjunct professors with Broward College.
