The Terms and Conditions of Service detailed here govern your use of GreenProfit Solutions, Inc. (GSI) and we (GSI) provide content and services to you subject to the following conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should exit this website.
General Rules
If you choose to “Join Now”, and in so doing, purchase and become a member of the Approved Green Business program (the "Service"), you agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Terms of Service Agreement between you and GSI.
Terms and Conditions of Sale
General: If you choose to make a purchase from GSI you agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Terms of Service Agreement.
Prices: All prices are subject to change at any time without prior notification. GSI is not responsible for incorrect product pages, and is under no obligation to fill an order that contains incorrect pricing or product information. GSI reserves the right to cancel an order for any reason, including invalid pricing or computer errors.
Payments: Payment must be made at the time of purchase. All sales are final and no refunds will be provided.
Delivery: Once we have processed your payment, links to download your Guidelines To Sustainability, Implementation Guidelines, and other program document links will be delivered to you via e-mail within 24 hours, including links to benefits for your employees and members. Additionally, all applicable marketing and promotional material, including but not limited to, Caring for Our Environment bracelets and Team Leader pins, will be mailed within 3 business days of online payment processing. If GSI is unable to meet these criteria, GSI will advise the purchaser of the delay.
Service and Support: We provide support to all paid active members. Support is provided via e-mail, Skype, telephone, as well as in person from GSI Executive Staff. You acknowledge that in order to maintain active Approved Green Business status and benefits you must maintain your membership by remaining current with any and all renewal fees.
Copyright and Trademarks
Copyright: All materials published on GreenProfit Solutions, Inc. (including, but not limited to text, photographs, images, illustrations, audio clips and video clips, collectively known as the "Content") are protected by copyright, and owned or controlled by GreenProfit Solutions, Inc., or the party credited as the provider of the Content. You shall abide by all additional copyright notices, information, or restrictions contained in any Content accessed through the Service.
You may use the Content online and solely for your personal, non-commercial use, and you may download or print a single copy of any portion of the Content for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not remove any trademark, copyright or other notice contained in such Content. No other use is permitted. You may not republish the Content on any Internet, Intranet or Extranet site or incorporate the Content in any database, compilation, archive or cache. Trademarks: The Content includes logotypes, trademarks and service marks (collectively "Marks") owned by GSI, and Marks owned by third parties. For example, Approved Green Business and GreenProfit Solutions marks, logos and icons are trademarks of GreenProfit Solutions, Inc. No Marks may be used in any manner unless approved in advance by GSI or their specific copyright owner.
Third Party Services and Links: GreenProfit Solutions, Inc. contains links to other related World Wide Web Internet sites, resources, and sponsors of GSI. Since GSI is not responsible for the availability or contents of these outside resources, you should direct any concerns regarding any external sites to the site administrator or webmaster of that site. These links provide additional information that may be useful or helpful and is being provided consistent with the intended purpose of GSI. However, GSI cannot attest to the accuracy of information provided by these links or any other linked sites. Providing links to a non-GSI website does not constitute an endorsement by GSI or any of its staff of the sponsors of the site or the information or products presented on the site. Also, be aware that the privacy protection provided on the GSI domains may not be available at the external links.
If you operate a Web site you may link to GSI. However, you may not frame or utilize framing techniques that involve any trademark, logo, copyrighted material or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of any portion of GreenProfit Solutions, Inc. without our express written consent. In addition, you agree not to insert any code or product or manipulate the content of GSI in any way that affects the user’s experience, and not to use any data mining, robots, cancelbots, Trojan horse, or any data gathering or extraction method in connection with your use of GSI.
Representations and Warranties
While GSI uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information, we make no warranties or representations as to the accuracy of the Content of GSI’s website and assume no liability or responsibility for any error or omission in the Content.

THE SERVICE AND ALL DOWNLOADABLE SOFTWARE AND INFORMATION ARE DISTRIBUTED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
The liability of GSI to you shall be limited to the refund of the fees paid by you and in no event will GSI or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or incidental damages.
Miscellaneous
GSI reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any time in its discretion and to notify users of any such changes solely by changing this Terms of Service agreement. Your continued use of the GreenProfit Solutions, Inc. website after the posting of any amended Terms of Service will constitute your agreement to be bound by any such changes.
GSI may modify, suspend, discontinue or restrict the use of any portion of the GreenProfit Solutions, Inc. website, including the availability of any portion of the Content at any time, without notice or liability. GSI may deny access to any person or user at any time for any reason. In addition, GSI may at any time transfer its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any entity that acquires GSI or any of their assets.
This Terms of Service agreement will be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any action to enforce this agreement must be brought in the federal or state courts located in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, within two months of the time in which the events giving rise to such claim began, or you agree to waive such claim.
